General terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) contain electronic commercial services provided by MAMÉ Makramé i.e. Metz Balázs ev (hereinafter: Seller) to its users and customers (hereinafter: Buyer), – hereafter Parties – through its web store (hereinafter: Seller) general contractual conditions.
If you wish to become a customer (or active user) of our online store, please read our General Terms and Conditions of Use carefully and only use our services if you agree with all of their points and consider them binding on you.
This document will not be filed, it will only be concluded in electronic form, it cannot be retrieved later, and it does not refer to a code of conduct.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The scope of these General Terms and Conditions covers all electronic commercial services provided in Hungary through the Web Store and all commercial transactions between the Parties specified in this contract. All individuals, legal entities, and other organizations without legal personality are entitled to use the services of the Web Store if they consider the provisions of these Terms and Conditions to be binding on them.
Anyone can browse the products in the Webstore without registration.
Purchases in the Webshop are possible by placing an order electronically, as specified in these General Terms and Conditions. After placing the order, our system sends an automatic letter to the Buyer about the purchased products, which can be considered as a contract. The contract between the Parties is considered a written contract. The Seller keeps a record of the orders, so they are accessible to the Buyer at any time – until they are fulfilled.
The Buyer accepts the Seller’s general terms and conditions by browsing the pages of the Online Store and placing his order. The displayed, purchasable products can only be ordered online with home delivery.
The purchase prices in the Webshop are the gross prices plus current VAT. An additional cost incurred on top of the product price is the home delivery fee, which is charged as an intermediary service. No separate packaging costs will be charged.
The seller reserves the right to change the price, with the modification coming into effect at the same time as it is published on the website. The modification does not affect the purchase price of products already ordered.
REGISTRATION
The Seller bears no responsibility for delivery delays or other problems or errors that can be traced back to data provided incorrectly and/or inaccurately by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from the Buyer forgetting his password, or if it becomes accessible to unauthorized persons for any reason not attributable to the Seller.
Modifying and canceling the Customer’s data
The registered Customer can change the data entered in the Web Store at any time.
The Seller allows the Buyer to cancel his registration at any time – without conditions or reasons. You can request the deletion or modification of customer data at any time in writing at the e-mail address mamemakrame@gmail.com. Upon termination, the Seller deletes the Customer’s data from the Online Store’s records.
ORDER INFORMATION
Order process:
To order, you must select the desired product and its size, then add it to the cart. Some products in the basket can be removed, and new ones can also be added to the basket. The “Next” button will take you to the next page. Only one sale, coupon or other discount can be used for one order at a time. Before completing the purchase, it is advisable to check the order in the basket.
The Buyer accepts that due to the uniqueness of the products, no two products will ever be completely identical, this is due to the nature of the material used. The finished product will be very similar to the one in the picture, but it will not and cannot be exactly the same. All ordered products resemble the products in the pictures.
We reserve the right to refuse confirmed orders without reason.
We store orders digitally in our database, we do not file them on paper.
Payment Terms
The final amount to be paid – which appears on the order summary and confirmation letter – includes all costs. In order to protect the environment, we always send the original invoice to the Buyer by e-mail.
The ordered product can be settled by bank transfer or bank card payment.

Bank card payment through Barion: Online bank card payments are made through Barion’s system. The bank card data will not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., which provides the service, is an institution under the supervision of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
Conditions of Carriage
In order to provide accurate and quick information, the Web Store continuously informs its Customers by e-mail about the progress of their order and the date of delivery to the courier.
Domestic delivery (to Hungary)
Delivery time for products in stock: within 2-5 working days from the time of ordering the product.
Delivery deadline for pre-orders: Minimum 1 week, maximum 3 weeks from the time of ordering the product. We are able to fulfill the order within a different time frame, which we will send you via email as soon as possible.
Courier service:
GLS
Orders from our online store are delivered to the specified address by the GLS courier service. Packages are delivered on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. As a delivery address, it is advisable to enter an address where you or your authorized representative are located at the time of delivery. If an incorrect address is provided, the cost of delivery will be charged to the customer.

Delivery in a van: HUF 1,190
Delivery in a parcel car: HUF 1,190. The seller reserves the right to change the delivery fee, provided that the change comes into effect at the same time as it is published on the website. The modification does not affect the purchase price of already ordered packages!
Shipping abroad
The delivery fees and deadlines are valid for delivery in Hungary. Please notify our customer service of your foreign delivery needs at mamemakrame@gmail.com . Please send an e-mail with the article number and quantity of the goods you want to order, as well as the destination country, so that we can calculate the shipping cost and delivery time based on this. We cannot collect cash on delivery for foreign deliveries, so the total amount of the order must be paid online.
Warranty
In some cases, there may be color differences between the ordered product and the colors visible to the Buyer, therefore the Seller is not held liable.
Warranty/warranty rights: products are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code. All products come with a two-year warranty, of which the first six months are a warranty. During the warranty period, the consumer is entitled to the following rights if the product suffers from a manufacturing defect: repair or replacement, if this is not possible, a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation.
To validate the warranty claim, the invoice proving the purchase (printed copy of the e-invoice) required. In all cases, a report must be issued on the submission of a warranty claim, which must contain the data related to the purchase, as well as the fact of the complaint. Right of withdrawal
If the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the purchase (contract) after the delivery of the product, he may do so within 8 working days after receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. In the absence of this information, the Buyer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal until three months have passed.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so in writing. The signal received by e-mail (to the e-mail address of customer service) is considered received if it is confirmed.
The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day on which he received the goods. The ordered product can be notified to the courier service under contract with our company about the intention to send the package.
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged and clean condition, and a printed copy of the e-invoice must be attached. The Seller is not obliged to refund the purchase price if the product was not returned in its original condition (e.g. damaged, dirty, etc.). After the package arrives at our company, the package will be opened and the returned product examined in the presence of two witnesses. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings later on.
Exercising the right of withdrawal does not mean additional costs for the Buyer, however, the Buyer must ensure the return of the product, only the related costs are borne by the Buyer. The costs incurred in connection with the return of the product shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller will not accept packages sent with cash on delivery! We will only be able to accept the consignments after a written notification indicating the fact of return!
The Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer immediately after the return of the product, but within 30 days at the latest. The Seller can repay the purchase price only after the repayment obligation has been investigated, by bank transfer. Therefore, in the letter used to notify of cancellation, please enter your bank account number (in 3×8 character format) with the associated name and the order identifier.
Refunds do not apply to shipping costs. The delivery fee is an intermediary service, which the Customer accepts as a service performed when receiving the package. The cost of return postage must be borne by the Buyer.
In the event of a delivery delay by the Seller, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract, in which case the Seller will refund the full purchase price – paid in advance.
Pay particular attention to the intended use of the product, as the Buyer is responsible for compensation for damages resulting from improper use. In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller may demand compensation from the Buyer for damages resulting from improper use of the goods.

Data handling
When handling the Customer’s data, we act in accordance with the Hungarian legislation in force at all times, the Data Protection Act.

During the use of the Webstore, the personal data provided to the Seller is stored in order to fulfill the contract and to later prove the terms of the contract. Your data will not be passed on to third parties, except for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (e.g. courier service). You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time by writing to mamemakrame@gmail.com .
You can visit the pages of the Webshop for free and without having to provide any personal data about yourself. The provision of data on the website is voluntary in all cases, and everyone decides on the provision of this data at their own risk.
The Seller takes all measures expected of him to keep the data safe, but assumes no responsibility for the damage, destruction or falling into unauthorized hands of the data in the event of technical failure, natural disaster, terrorism or crime. The Seller takes all the measures expected of him to ensure that access to his pages is continuous and error-free, but does not assume responsibility for any errors that may occur, which cause the pages to function improperly and/or possible data loss. The Webstore assumes no responsibility if users of the services become victims of computer virus infection.
If it turns out that you have provided other people’s personal data in violation of the law, or otherwise caused damage while using the website, the Seller is entitled to enforce the resulting damage against you and you are obliged to bear all resulting claims.
The data recorded during the order is used by the Seller to fulfill the order. The data of the invoice created by the individual IT systems from the order placed on the Webshop’s pages are recorded and stored with the data provided during the order placement for the period specified in the accounting law in force.
By subscribing to the newsletter provided while browsing the Webstore, you consent to the Seller using your personal data provided in the registration for marketing and information purposes, and the Seller contacting you by e-mail – in the form of a newsletter – to present its products and services. The data provided during registration is treated confidentially by the Seller, the option to unsubscribe is provided at the bottom of every newsletter sent, and can also be requested at one of the contact details provided.
Others
The Seller is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of connecting to the Web Store. The Buyer is responsible for protecting his computer and the data on it.
The product data, photos, and descriptions on the website are the exclusive property of MAMÉ macramé, therefore their copying, distribution, transmission, placement, linking or alteration without the permission of MAMÉ macramé is strictly prohibited. Violation of the Agreement constitutes a violation of copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property, which may subject the Buyer/User to civil or criminal liability.
The Buyer can send his written complaint to the e-mail address of the Seller’s customer service . The Seller must respond in writing to the Buyer’s written complaint within thirty days.
The Seller is entitled to unilaterally modify the terms of these GTC at any time, without a separate notification obligation. The possible modification will enter into force at the same time as it appears on the website. Orders already placed are governed by the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placing.
In matters not regulated above, the Civil Code. and the provisions of the Hungarian legislation in force at all times are the governing rules. The Contracting Parties will do everything possible to resolve any disputes through conciliation negotiations.
